Did you know there is no universal job description for a caregiver? There are many categories of caregivers – family, friends, or health insurance aides. This 4-part series is a collaboration between SHARE Cancer Support and Surviving Breast Cancer to address the needs of caregivers.

About the event

We will provide a safe space and amplify the caregiver voices for what they need to prevent burnout and ease the guilt that often comes in the caregiver role. Join us as we cover the themes:

  • Reflection (Feb 22)
  • Coping (March 1)
  • Connection (March 8) 
  • Support (March 15)

and discuss topics such as Caregiver Stress & Burn Out, Anticipatory Grief, Palliative and Hospice Care, and Quality of Life. 

Who should attend:

We encourage the patient and their caregiver to attend because there will be discussions, resources, and connections both together and separately. If you attend at least three session, then you will be sent a complimentary swag bag!

4-Part Series

To build connection, community, and continuity, we ask that you do your best to attend all 4 sessions. Participants who attend 3 session will receive a Caregivers ToolKit Care Package at the end of the series.
