About the event
The gut is considered the third brain of the body, but when there is an imbalance it can be difficult to listen to your gut instinct. Get a little more intimate with your core; free up space so that your mind/ body connection can flow freely and your gut instinct can be on point.
Snag your softest blanket and your favorite pillow; all levels of experience are welcome!
