About the event
We are pleased to be teaming up with Tamera Anderson-Hanna LMHC, CAP, CRC, RYT from Wellness Therapy Yoga who incorporates principles of counseling and stress management into yoga to help clients better manage and cope with life while finding balance and an overall state of wellness.
