Join Gloria for 15 minutes of chakra chanting.
Over the last 6 months, we have been intoning the Bija Mantras - or planting seeds to liberate the mind - one Chakra at a time.
For the month of March, we will be balancing all 7 Chakras for oneself and also for all of Humanity.

OM SWAHA (solar plexus)
OM MAHA (heart)
OM JANAHA (throat)
OM TAPAHA (third eye)
OM SATYAM (crown)
