Art Therapy for Breast Cancer Awareness Month- Bra edition
Storytelling is an incredible tool for emotional healing from cancer. In this workshop, we’ll use art to tell your story of experiencing BCAM following a cancer diagnosis. Stephanie will share information about the psychological impact of BCAM month before guiding you through the art therapy process

About the event
Join us for a 90 minute art therapy workshop, led by the incredible breast cancer survivor and art therapist, Stephanie, LCPC and founder of Creative Transformations. You may use any supplies you’d like, but you might really enjoy painting on a bra, surgical bra, or camisole this month. If this is your first art therapy workshop, check out the recording of the Introduction to Art Therapy workshop. No artistic talent is necessary to benefit from this practice, all you need are some basic art therapy supplies and an open mind.
Breast cancer impacts our body image, identity, and intimacy with ourselves and others. This workshop will guide you through a guided meditation and art experience that can set the foundation for healing the body image and identity.
No artistic talent is necessary to benefit from this practice, just bring some basic art supplies and Stephanie will guide you through the process. If for whatever reason you are not able to attend the full 90 minutes, please know that you are welcome to be there for as long as you are able.
