For the Love of Nature - Virtual Forest Bathing
Please join us for a virtual forest bathing experience. During this one-hour session, you will be guided through gentle mindful movement (seated or standing), a sensory awakening meditation, and invitations to connect with nature.

About the event
You are welcome to participate from indoors or outdoors. If you will be participating indoors, you may wish to have some nature-inspired objects with you (leaves, sticks, flowers, houseplants, shells, fruits, or vegetables). The session will conclude with tea together. Please bring tea in a thermos, along with a cup, if you would like to participate.
About The Instructor:
Regan Stacey is an artist and advocate for the Earth. A two-time breast cancer survivor, her journey with the forest, through a late stage 3 diagnosis, inspired her to reconnect humans to nature for the betterment of themselves, their communities, and the planet. As a mindfulness meditation teacher, forest therapy guide, and yoga teacher, she believes we can all awaken the forest within.
