Guided by a certified forest therapy guide, this session includes gentle mindful movement, a sensory awakening meditation, and simple invitations to connect with nature using sight, sound, breath, and presence.
Participants are welcome to join indoors or outdoors, making this class accessible regardless of location or mobility. If you’d like, bring a thermos of tea and a cup to enhance the experience through intentional, mindful sipping.
