About the event

Living with or beyond cancer often creates an ongoing, stressful inner dialogue about how we "should" be coping. We explore practical, evidence-based tools from the Positive Intelligence framework to quiet your inner critic (the "Judge") and your personal mental saboteurs (like People Pleaser, Hyper Vigilant, or Avoider).

We will explore how these patterns, which were often once strengths, become overactive during stressful seasons, and learn how to reconnect with your "Sage"—a mindset of compassion, curiosity, and clarity.

During this interactive session, you will:

  • Discover your Saboteurs: Prior to the webinar, take a free, private assessment (5-7 min) to identify your top mental saboteurs (People Pleaser, Hyper Vigilant, Avoider, or Hyper Achiever).

  • Learn to identify the "Judge": Understand how your inner critic influences your thoughts and emotions, especially when navigating uncertainty and recovery.

  • Practice Mental Fitness Exercises: Learn simple mental exercises (PQ reps) to calm your mind and reconnect with your body in seconds.
