This session supports you in reconnecting with your body’s natural hunger, fullness, and satisfaction cues. Through guided hypnosis, we’ll invite a deeper awareness around food and eating, gently releasing guilt, distraction, or urgency habits. The goal isn’t control, but compassion: a nourishing, intuitive relationship with food that supports your well-being.
