Join us for this incredible practice that has a profound impact on well-being, and offers a multitude of benefits, including stress reduction, increased clarity and focus, emotional release, and a deep sense of relaxation and inner peace.
We would love for you to join us for a 60-minute Conscious Connected & Coherent Breathwork class. In that hour we will use coherent breathing to bring balance between the heart and mind, while gently releasing any tension, stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. All the while, allowing there to be more space to welcome in joy, pleasure, presence, and restfulness. These two different breathwork styles will work with one another to allow the nervous system to expand and deepen the window of presence for each and everyone's day-to-day life. We will be using gentle breathing patterns, light movements, soft music, and calming guidance throughout the session to cultivate a sense of safety, presence, and ease, as we work with the mind and body.
One does not need any prior experience with breathwork. A gentle reminder that this breathwork practice is very safe, and gentle, and meets the person where they are at in that moment. Nothing more and Nothing less. This is all about you and what you need out of this session.
The class will be led by an experienced breathwork facilitator Jafra de Pontes who creates a safe and supportive environment for participants to explore their breath and journey within. Whether you are new to breathwork or have prior experience, this class is suitable for all levels of practitioners.
