About the event
Every month we will focus on a specific chakra. Adding some powerful affirmations to our meditations. This month we´ll be focusing on the Sacral Chakra Root chakra.
What are chakras? In Sanskrit, the word “chakra” means “disk” or “wheel” and refers to the energy centers in your body. These wheels or disks of spinning energy each correspond to certain nerve bundles and major organs. To function at their best, your chakras need to stay open, or balanced.
I AM A CREATIVE BEING
I ATTRACT PEOPLE WHO RESPECT ME
I AM COMFORTABLE WITH MY BODY
I AM BALANCED AND CREATIVE
MY EMOTIONS ARE FREE AND BALANCED
We´ll be repeating the affirmations 3 times - so that it lands where it is meant to with the intention that everyone in attendance is able to bring into balance and harmony all 3 neural networks of their heads, hearts, and gut!!!
Chakra Color: Orange
Where It’s Located: The abdomen/pelvic area/womb space/creative space
What It Represents: This area determines your emotions and feelings; so it’s not surprising that this center holds the microbiome — or the gut. It also represents creativity, sensuality, the fertility of ideas, and sexual flow.
How to Work With It: Ask yourself, How is my emotional health? Am I overly emotional — or not emotional enough? How’s my sense of creativity? Am I experiencing any addictive tendencies or jealousy?
What Aligning Your Sacral Chakra Does: You’ll develop a healthier self-image and be able to accept change with more ease.
A Zoom link will be emailed to you after RSVPing.
