Every month we will once again focus on a specific chakra. This month we´ll be focusing on The Heart Chakra (Manipura)

What are chakras? In Sanskrit, the word “chakra” means “disk” or “wheel” and refers to the energy centers in your body. These wheels or disks of spinning energy each correspond to certain nerve bundles and major organs. To function at their best, your chakras need to stay open, or balanced.

Chakra Color: Green

Where It’s Located: The physical heart space

What It Represents: The heart has been shown as an endocrine gland because it makes hormones like oxytocin. It’s the center of connection, love, bonding, and relationships. As proven by HeartMath.org the Heart has its own neural network.

How to Work With It: If you’re experiencing an issue related to a relationship, take a closer look. Ask yourself, Is there a particular pattern of behavior here? Journal about any sadness, stress, resentment, loneliness, perfectionism, and disagreement between your head and heart.

What Aligning Your Heart Chakra Does: Your relationships will flow with ease, your capacity for forgiveness and compassion will increase, and you’ll feel more self-love and the ability to listen to your heart. It's when the Head & the Heart are in resonance that magic and miracles are created!!!
