About the event
This class provides a structured and guided environment for individuals to learn and practice Qi Gong, an ancient Chinese system of exercises and movements aimed at cultivating vital energy (qi or chi) and promoting overall well-being.
Kim believes that moving the body in every direction with a healing intention creates a better quality of life.

Kim O´Brien: Kim is a registered yoga instructor specializing in Strong Functional Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Fitness with Chair Assist, Gentle Yoga for the Older Active Adult, and Meditation. In addition, Kim is a presenter for yoga retreats and wellness programs. Kim has taught classes and individual clients in various locations throughout Massachusetts for more than 20 years and believes that moving the body in every direction with a healing intention creates a better quality of life.
