About the event

Enjoy Restorative Pilates with Naomi! We will focus on BAP (B- breathing, A- alignment, and P- posture), all of which can be affected by breast cancer treatment. This 45 minute class is suitable for all levels.

Supplies needed: A sturdy chair (without wheels).

Please complete and email this waiver pilatesot@gmail.com. Your completed waiver is required to participate.

A zoom meeting ID and password will be emailed to you after you complete the registration. Note: This class will be recorded (instructor-only) and the recording will be sent out after class.

Naomi Aaronson MA OTR/ L CET is an occupational therapist , cancer exercise trainer, and Pilates instructor. She created the Recovercises program for breast cancer survivors and is the co- author of the book Pilates for Breast Cancer Survivors: A Guide to Recovery, Healing, and Wellness. Naomi is an adjunct Instructor in the OTA department at Suffolk Community College and lectures regularly about  the rehabilitative needs of cancer survivors for occupational therapy students.
