About the event
Renew your connection with yourself and the Earth as we tap into nature's rhythms and welcome the season of spring. The equinox, a gentle reminder to rest in the balance of the day, naturally invites a time to relax, renew, and ground for the season ahead.
Please join us for a virtual forest bathing walk. During this one-hour session, you will be guided through gentle mindful movement, a sensory awakening meditation, and invitations to connect with nature.
You are welcome to participate indoors or outdoors. If you will be participating indoors, you may wish to have some nature-inspired objects with you (leaves, sticks, flowers, houseplants, shells, fruits, or vegetables). The walk will conclude with tea together. Please bring tea in a thermos, along with a cup, if you would like to participate in tea.
