Join us for a restorative and evidence-informed Tai Chi and Qi Gong class designed specifically for breast cancer patients and survivors, focused on improving physical function, reducing stress, and reconnecting with the body.
Tai Chi and Qi Gong are ancient mind-body practices that combine gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation to promote balance, flexibility, and overall well-being. Research shows these practices may help improve mobility, reduce fatigue, enhance immune function, and support quality of life in individuals living with and beyond cancer.
This session is accessible to all levels and can be practiced standing or seated, making it ideal for those navigating treatment, recovery, or long-term survivorship.
