About the event
Awaken your senses and take in the fresh spring air as we gather to celebrate the joy of spring.
Please join us for a virtual forest bathing walk. During this one-hour session, you will be guided through gentle mindful movement, a sensory awakening meditation, and invitations to connect with nature.
You are welcome to participate from indoors or outdoors. If you will be participating indoors, you may wish to have some nature-inspired objects with you (leaves, sticks, flowers, houseplants, shells, fruits, or vegetables). If you are participating from outdoors, usually your phone works well. If you prefer your computer and would like to be outdoors, try staying closer to your home to pick up the wi-fi signal, for example, on a patio or deck. The walk will conclude with tea together. Please bring tea in a thermos, along with a cup, if you would like to participate in tea.
