The Secret Garden with Kate

The natural world has many gifts and lessons to bestow upon us as long as we are attentive and open. This cozy class will have your mind settled and body relaxed, as you join Kate on a magical journey through a secret garden full of serene flora and enlightening fauna. 

Recommended props: Yoga mat, 1-2 blankets, yoga blocks or books, 1 yoga strap or a robe belt, and a candle (optional).

All levels are welcome!
