Join us for a one-hour virtual forest bathing walk, designed to support relaxation, stress reduction, and emotional well-being for individuals impacted by cancer. Guided by a certified forest therapy guide, this session includes gentle mindful movement, a sensory awakening meditation, and simple invitations to connect with nature using sight, sound, breath, and presence.

Participants are welcome to join indoors or outdoors, making this class accessible regardless of location or mobility. If you’d like, bring a thermos of tea and a cup to enhance the experience through intentional, mindful sipping.

This offering is a quarterly gathering aligned with the equinoxes and solstices, honoring seasonal transitions and cycles of renewal.
