Join us for a virtual class focused on building strength and increasing flexibility after DIEP Flap surgery.

All are welcome. This class is especially beneficial for anyone less than 90 days out from surgery.

(Please request clearance from your surgeon to begin movement).

This class is designed to help women who have undergone DIEP flap surgery improve their range of motion and reduce pain. The class will focus on gentle stretches that are appropriate for people who are still healing. The instructor will also teach yoga breathing techniques to help reduce stress and improve circulation.

The class will consist of deep breathing and gentle yoga postures to help with the discomforts associated with DIEP flap surgery/recovery.

We will also work on strengthening the areas that need extra attention after the procedure. All levels are welcome and no experience is necessary. Jen had DMX and DIEP Flap last August and finished radiation in December 2021.

She has over 20 years of experience leading fitness and movement and is a certified Cancer Exercise Specialist.
