A note from Angela: I have been taking Zumba classes for over 10 years and have met the most supportive and inspiring people along the way. It is an incredible blessing to be living with metastatic breast cancer for over 5 years now. I was originally diagnosed as Stage 3 IDC in 2012. Zumba has been a HUGE part of my journey and has provided me with the joy of dancing with friends and has also given me the motivation and drive to keep pressing forward. While I continue on daily cancer treatments and have many challenges, I truly believe that dance fitness has changed my life.  My daily mantra is that if you GIVE energy, you GET energy back. I hope that by coming to my class, you will also feel empowered to move through life’s challenges with strength and renewed purpose.
