About the event

Every month we will once again focus on a specific chakra commencing with the Root Chakra or main energy centre at the base of our spine. This powerful process can provide a continuous opportunity of increasing our well-being thru meditation and journaling.

The neural networks of our brains, hearts, and guts will ultimately come into alignment....we will then truly know who we are ....co-creators of magic & miracles in all spheres of our lives!!!

What are chakras? In Sanskrit, the word “chakra” means “disk” or “wheel” and refers to the energy centers in your body. These wheels or disks of spinning energy each correspond to certain nerve bundles and major organs. To function at their best, your chakras need to stay open, or balanced.

#1: The Root Chakra (Muladhara) Chakra Color: Red

Where It’s Located: The base of the spine/pelvic floor

What It Represents: The root chakra is all about our physical body, material needs, and security. Since it encompasses our roots, we will add a family of origin to that list. This is your action center!

How to Work With It: To get into alignment, ask yourself — mentally during meditation and via journaling after:

What actions are working for me? What actions need to be different? How safe and financially secure in the world do I feel?

What Aligning Your Root Chakra Does: You’ll take effective, inspired actions without overdoing things, and you’ll feel more confident, safe, and financially secure.

Over the last 6 months, we have been intoning the Bija Mantras - or planting seeds to liberate the mind - one Chakra at a time.

For the month of March, we balanced all 7 Chakras for oneself and also for all of Humanity.

OM BHU (root)

OM BHUVAHA (sacral)

OM SWAHA (solar plexus)

OM MAHA (heart)

OM JANAHA (throat)

OM TAPAHA (third eye)

OM SATYAM (crown)

DO YONAH PRACHODAYAT

The words aren't pronounced literally as they are spelled - so if you think you would like me to record just 1 repetition of it - I would be happy too:-)
