About the event
Every month we will once again focus on a specific chakra. This month we´ll be focusing on The Throat Chakra (Vishuddha)
What are chakras? In Sanskrit, the word “chakra” means “disk” or “wheel” and refers to the energy centers in your body. These wheels or disks of spinning energy each correspond to certain nerve bundles and major organs. To function at their best, your chakras need to stay open, or balanced.
#5: The Throat Chakra (Vishuddha)
Chakra Color: Blue
Where It’s Located: The throat/neck area and upper shoulders
What It Represents: The center of communication, this is where we speak, and sing.
How to Work With It: The theme here is expression. Ask yourself, Do I feel comfortable expressing what I’m thinking and asking for what I need — or not? Am I overly communicative, too impulsive with my expression, or highly critical? Do I make decisions easily?
What Aligning Your Throat Chakra Does: You’ll be able to express yourself freely and authentically. To be impeccable with our words.
