Introduction To Art Therapy
This workshop will introduce you to the fundamentals of art therapy. We’ll go over the information you need to know and practice the tools live. Stephanie will also share information about creating and using a breast cast as your canvas for exploring the art therapy themes in 2023.

About the event
Join us for a 90 minute art therapy workshop, led by the incredible breast cancer survivor and art therapist, Stephanie, LCPC and founder of Creative Transformations.
Breast cancer impacts our body image, identity, and intimacy with ourselves and others. This workshop will guide you through a guided meditation and art experience that can set the foundation for healing the body image and identity.
No artistic talent is necessary to benefit from this practice, just bring some basic art supplies and Stephanie will guide you through the process. If for whatever reason you are not able to attend the full 90 minutes, please know that you are welcome to be there for as long as you are able.
