A Gentle, Evidence-Based Path to Healing
Recovering from breast cancer treatment—including surgery (mastectomy/lumpectomy), radiation, and chemotherapy—requires a specialized approach to fitness. Our Breast Cancer Pilates program is designed to help you regain your physical agency in a safe, supportive environment.
By focusing on controlled movements and diaphragmatic breathing, Pilates addresses the specific post-operative challenges many survivors face, such as axillary web syndrome (cording), chest tightness, and reduced shoulder mobility.
Key Benefits for Breast Cancer Survivors
