deep breath in, slowly release into the air.
close my eyes and listen to life around me.
hear the breeze, rattle the shades, smell the sea
air, feel the sun's warmth on my body.
another deep breath, let it all go.
feel my son's maturing arms wrap me in a long
hug, hear my sweet and sassy daughter softly
whisper "love you" each night.
