I Will Be Better

I want to move.
To spin in circles on my lawn in the sun,
to dance, to use my breath and feel my muscles
To be happy
I want my body to feel loose and flowy but strong,
to lose the stiffness of work and aches of no sleep
and fear of what they could all mean.
I trust I am okay but I could be better.
I want to be so much better.
If I move, I will be better.
